Ultrasonic Flow Meters
The Malema M-2300 Series High-Purity Inline Straight Tube Ultrasonic Flow Meter delivers precision flow measurement for demanding semiconductor applications. The M-2300 combines the latest digital signal processing (DSP) and ultrasonic flow sensor technology into a single compact unit. Designed with minimalistic cabling for easy installation, this series maximizes space without compromising performance.
The M-2300 Series is engineered with corrosion-resistant wetted parts by incorporating an inline PFA tube. The PFA tube incorporates ultrasonic technology with wedge mounted piezoelectric crystals to ensure accurate flow measurement. The M-2300 has no moving components or mechanical seals providing operators with reliable metering accuracy required in critical processes.

Coriolis Flow Meters
The Malema Coriolis Flow Meter measures liquids by providing mass flow rate, total mass and temperature output with extreme accuracy. Malema Coriolis Flow Meter technology provides fluid measurement performance independent of fluid properties, eliminating the need to calibrate on different fluids. Additionally, each sensor operates and measures in two-phase flow conditions with gas volumetric void fractions in excess of 30%. The patented Malema Coriolis Flow Meter is one of the most accurate flow measurement solutions for semiconductor and industrial applications.

Vortex Flow Meters
The VF-8100 and VF-8200 Vortex Flow Meters are comprised of an inline flow sensor and electronics combined into one compact unit. The VF-8100 Flow Meter features PFA-wetted materials, which are ideal in the semiconductor industry for applications requiring corrosion-resistant wetted parts, high purity, and a minimal footprint. With PPS-wetted materials, the VF-8200 Flow Meter is ideal for industrial settings that do not require high-purity flow meter solutions. Both models of the Vortex Flow Meters come in 3/8” 1/2”, 3/4” and 1” sizes and have a flow range of up to 100 l/min for the VF-8100 and 150 l/min for the VF-8200.
