ADJUSTABLE FLOW SWITCHES
The M-100 Series is an adjustable flow switch with right-angle flow that comes in 1/8” and 1/4” port sizes and has a flow range of up to 170 CCM for water and 60 SLPM for air. This extremely accurate adjustable flow switch provides repeatability of 5% and has options for SPST and SPDT configurations. The M-100 Series Adjustable Flow Switch has been engineered to monitor vital sample flow parameters for instrumentation in process control and inert blanket gasses. It is used as an auxiliary alarm monitor for flow meters and is ideally suited for applications when installed on a by-pass for determination of filter plugging. Infinite adjustment permits detection and signaling of very low fluid flows with the added capability of detection in high flows.

Fixed Set Point Flow Switches
Malema Fixed Set Point Flow Switches are renowned for their extreme accuracy. When triggered, they are within 10% of the desired set point and offer a 5% repeatability. Malema offers these piston style flow switches (outside of the M-701) in a wide range of materials including acrylic, stainless steel, aluminum, PTFE, PP, high purity PFA and more. Malema Fixed Set Point Flow Switch models offer a custom set point calibration option that can be programed at our Malema facility before shipping. Standard pre-calibrated set point ranges on Malema Flow Switches are also available for immediate use and distribution. Options for SPST and SPDT flow switch configurations are available.

Explosion-Proof Flow Switches
Stainless Steel Malema Explosion-Proof Flow Switches are available in fixed (M-50X and M-60X) and adjustable (M-100X and M-200X) set point models. These extremely sensitive explosion-proof flow switches are engineered to monitor vital sample flow parameters for instrumentation in process control and inert blanket gases. When triggered, the fixed set point models will be within 10% of the desired set point, while all models offer repeatability of 5%.
Malema Explosion-Proof Flow Switches offer custom set point calibration that can be programmed at our Malema facility before shipping. These explosion-proof flow switches standard pre-calibrated set point ranges are also available for immediate use and distribution. These switches come in SPST or SPDT configurations and are UL-listed, ATEX and IECEX-certified.
