DBB Valve
Oliver Valves’ Double Block and Bleed (DBB) Valves are precision-engineered to deliver true double isolation and positive sealing for maximum safety and efficiency. Designed as a modular, one-piece solution, the DBB valve eliminates the need for multiple valve assemblies, offering significant savings in space, weight, and installation cost compared to traditional three-valve configurations. Built for demanding applications, Oliver DBB valves provide reliable isolation and leak-tight performance for pressure instrument interfaces, vents, drains, sample and injection points, purge systems, and process flow isolation—particularly in systems handling hazardous, high-pressure, or critical fluids. N Type Forged DBB
Machined from a single piece upset forging, our ‘N’ Type Double Block and Bleed Valves feature two-needle primary and secondary isolating valves and a needle valve. With a range of different operating temperatures and configurations, our Double Block and Bleed Valves are the superior market leader. Oliver Valves Double Block and Bleed valves provide Metal seating, with a 5.4mm bore for many applications without having to resort to traditional single isolate valves. Oliver Valves’ standard ‘N’ Type DBB range from 150lb up to 2500lb, but can also be rated to 10,000psi.
The N-type forged DBB valve is available in Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Duplex, Super Duplex and many other materials on request. We have various connection types and sizes are available, from Flanged, Hub, Threaded, to Welded. The standard temperature range up to 540 Deg C, depending on materials. All NPT connection threads are Single Point CNC machined. All Oliver products have material traceability and pressure test certificates to BS EN 10204 3.1. A unique code is stamped on all valve bodies linking them to their material and chemical analysis certificates.

ID Type Instrument DBB Valves
Machined from forged bar, our ‘ID’ Type Double Block and Bleed Valves feature two inline ball pattern primary and secondary isolating valves and a heavy-duty needle vent valve. With a range of different operating temperatures and configurations, Double Block and Bleed Valves from Oliver Valves are the superior market leader. Our Double Block and Bleed valves provide Soft or Metal seating, with 10mm, 14mm, or 20mm bore isolation valves for many applications without having to resort to traditional single isolate ball valves.
The needle valve is supplied as standard with a non-rotating tip to allow linear closure while eliminating galling. Oliver Valves’ standard ‘D’ Type DBB range from ¼’ up to 1′. DBB Valves are available in Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Duplex, Super Duplex and many other materials on request. All Oliver Valves products have material traceability and pressure test certificates to BS EN 10204 3.1. A unique code is stamped on all valve bodies linking them to their material and chemical analysis certificates.

Oliver Valves’ standard ‘L’ Type DBB range from ¼’ up to 1′. L Type Instrument DBB Valves are available in Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Duplex, Super Duplex and many other materials on request. With various other connection types and sizes are available, such as Hub, Threaded, Welded. They have a Standard Temperature range of up to 120 Deg C to 200 Deg C’“ Soft Seated. All NPT connection threads are Single Point CNC machined.
