PLR MODEL
The ONIS QLB – PLR Model is a high-performance line isolation system engineered for large-diameter pipelines ranging from 10 inches to 42 inches (DN 250 to DN 1050). This model is specifically designed to provide rapid and reliable pipeline blinding with enhanced operator safety and efficiency.
The system features an integrated gearbox mechanism, which controls the spreading and tightening of the two half-bodies. This innovative design eliminates the need for manual flange separation, significantly reducing handling efforts and minimizing operational risks. With four robust clamping points, the PLR model ensures a secure and uniform sealing force, delivering consistent leak-tight isolation under demanding operating conditions.
